Our Story

AHM Outsourcing Inc. was built by a team of founders who were able to address a major need in their own businesses by tapping offshore talent. Realizing how advantageous this model proved to be, they set out to help other firms take advantage of outsourcing to take their businesses to the next level. 

From our humble beginnings in February 2017 with only 15 employees, the rising demand for business process services, especially in the healthcare space, allowed us to grow our team over the years. We had over a hundred employees in 2020, and today we’re a strong group of 300+ virtual employees serving companies based in the United States, Australia, and New Zealand.   

Besides the obvious cost savings and ability to buy back time to focus on revenue generation,  hiring employees who consistently produced, showed appreciation for opportunity, and went above and beyond their job responsibilities was a breath of fresh air.
